The problem

Technology is supposed to move your business forward. Right now it might be holding it back.

You don't need a 60-page strategy you can't execute, or a dev team building without direction. You need someone who owns the whole picture: the why as well as the how.

Most businesses assemble technology leadership from parts: a consultant to write the strategy, an agency to build it, someone else to maintain it. Each hand-off loses context, adds cost, and spreads accountability so thin that no one owns the result.

Decide what to build, and why.

I work out what your technology should do for the business: where to invest, what to build versus buy, how to use AI sensibly, and what the roadmap actually is. You get a plan you can act on, not a document that sits in a drawer.

02 · Systems

Then build it, or lead the build.

Websites, web applications, custom software, integrations, infrastructure. Senior enough to make the architecture calls, hands-on enough to ship them, so the plan is never wishful thinking.

03 · Support

Keep it running and improving.

Once it's live, I keep it healthy: maintenance, monitoring, iteration, and a steady hand on technical decisions as you grow. Available as an ongoing engagement.

Why this is different

Advice you can't execute isn't worth much.

A consultant hands you a recommendation. An agency hands you a build. I'm accountable for the result: the strategy, the system that delivers it, and how it performs after launch. No translation layer between the person who designs the plan and the person who builds it, because they're the same person.
