I'm Darren Summers, the founder of DS Digital. I've spent years building, leading, and scaling technology for businesses of every size. DS Digital exists because I kept seeing the same problem.

Businesses are forced to assemble technology leadership from parts: a consultant to write the strategy, an agency to build it, and someone else to maintain it. Each hand-off loses context, adds cost, and spreads accountability so thin that when something underdelivers, no one owns it.

I'm a practitioner. I've built and run real systems in production, so when I advise on architecture, cost, or risk, it comes from having lived the consequences, not from a slide template. That's also why I'm comfortable telling you when something isn't worth building, when a cheaper path exists, or when the honest answer is that you don't need me yet.
